The Dilema of Software Sales

Cameron Purdy, who runs a company that sells a caching solution, has a good post today. His point of finding and solving a real problem being a critical purpose of a software company really strikes a cord with us. I think one of the purposes of me working at Cisco (I still don't quite like it because it has always lacked excitement) is to experience problems first hand and thus we have a good idea of what real problems we may choose to solve and we have a plenty of them. Concourse is one idea that tries to solve many of them with one common tool.
